Technician Coordination * Team Supervision: Assist in managing the technical team, including mechanics, technicians, and apprentices, ensuring they have clear guidance, direction, and support for their tasks. * Training and Development: Ensure the technicians receive continuous training, are updated on the latest service techniques, and maintain high standards of workmanship. * Workforce Scheduling: Help schedule the shifts and duties for technicians to ensure smooth workflow, avoiding any bottlenecks in the workshop.
Vehicle Service & Repair Management
* Service Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and overseeing the service and repair of commercial vehicles, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest quality standards and within the expected timeframes.
