Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales

Locations: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Kerala
Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Experience:

• MBA – Freshers can apply with Good Communication
• BBA – Candidates with B2C Sales Experience preferred with Good Communication

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits, meet potential customers, and convert leads to sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote company products/services through direct sales activities.
• Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
• Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM/management.

• Confidence in field sales with customer-facing ability
• Good presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and travel within the region
