Key Responsibilities * Lead the full electrical design cycle for SPMs including control panel design, schematics, wiring layouts, and cable routing. * Review and approve electrical designs ensuring compliance with IEC, UL, CE, and other international standards. * Work closely with mechanical, controls, software, and manufacturing teams for seamless integration. * Mentor and guide electrical engineers/designers; provide technical support and performance feedback. * Select components such as PLCs, drives, HMIs, sensors, and safety devices based on application and cost. * Coordinate with vendors, panel builders, and field teams for fabrication, assembly, and wiring quality assurance. * Lead FAT/SAT, manage on-site commissioning, and resolve electrical issues during testing and production ramp-up. * Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including BOMs, as-built drawings, risk assessments, and change logs. * Optimize designs for performance, reliability, safety, and cost reduction. * Implement new tools, technologies, and engineering process improvements to enhance productivity.
