Position: General Manager – Operations
Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile Technology / Garment Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering preferred
Experience: Minimum 10–20 Years Experience in Knitted Garment Manufacturing, At-least 5+ Years in Senior Managerial Role.
Salary: 12 LPA - 20 LPA
Job Summary: Responsible for leading, planning, and controlling all operational functions of a knitted garment export unit. This includes production, planning, quality, merchandising coordination, compliance, factory audits, workforce management, and cost efficiency.
Skills Required: 1. Strong knowledge in production, quality, PPC, and garment export procedures. 2. Excellent communication in Hindi and Tamil; English proficiency is mandatory. 3. Expertise in dealing with multi-location units and handling large teams. 4. Deep understanding of buyer compliance standards and audit protocols. 5. Hands-on experience with ERP & Excel.
