Position : Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts

Location: Ernakulam
Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in NBFC or financial services

Qualification : M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Preparation and finalization of books of accounts
• Handling MIS reports, monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Ensuring compliance with RBI, statutory, and internal audit requirements
• GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and reconciliations
• Coordination with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Monitoring loan accounting, interest calculations, and reconciliations
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
