Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads from provided databases and online sources

Promote and sell ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), sustainability consulting, and training programs

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable certification or training solutions

Schedule meetings or demonstrations with senior consultants or sales managers

Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications

Maintain CRM records with accuracy, updating lead status and interactions

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals

Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Stay updated on industry standards, market trends, and competitor activities

Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the ISO certification, training, or sustainability consulting sectors

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Well-versed in CRM software and MS Office

Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities

Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional

Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
