Job Description: We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding iSmartRecruit’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients within the recruitment and HR industry.
Utilize various tools and platforms to gather and manage leads.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential clients.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
Understand client's needs and challenges and position iSmartRecruit’s solutions as the ideal fit.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Track and report on key metrics related to sales performance and pipeline health.
Market and Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively communicate iSmartRecruit’s value proposition to prospects.
International Opportunities:
Candidates may have the opportunity to travel internationally, meet customers face-to-face, and generate more business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or recruitment/HR technology.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the SaaS industry or recruitment/HR technology.
Familiarity with lead generation and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
