Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and leading the strategic development of our sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients within the recruitment and HR technology sectors.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
Lead Generation and Acquisition:
Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking, industry events, and digital marketing.
Create and present compelling proposals and business cases to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand client’s needs and tailor iSmartRecruit’s solutions to address their specific requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Pipeline Management:
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
Track and report on sales activities, progress, and key performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
International Opportunities:
Explore and develop business opportunities in international markets.
Represent iSmartRecruit at global events and conferences, and meet clients face-to-face to foster relationships and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or recruitment/HR technology.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the SaaS industry or recruitment/HR technology.
Familiarity with international markets and global business development.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
