Role Overview

InnoQuest Consulting is hiring a Lead Engineering for a leading Engineering Services organization. This role is responsible for driving engineering execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within quality standards, and in line with customer expectations. The position also supports proposal development, procurement coordination, and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across multiple projects.
• Drive timely delivery of engineering deliverables while maintaining quality and schedule commitments.
• Act as the key interface between engineering teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor engineering performance, resource utilization, and project progress.
• Participate in project reviews, risk assessments, and engineering planning.
• Support technical proposals, tender submissions, and pre-award activities.

Project & Procurement Coordination

• Coordinate engineering inputs for procurement, including technical specifications, material requirements, and vendor documentation.
• Work closely with project, procurement, and vendor teams to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Ensure accurate engineering documentation and compliance with project quality and document control requirements.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Offshore, Marine, Energy, or related engineering industries.
• Proven expertise in 3D modeling & design of FPSOs, FLNGs, and Fixed Platforms.
• Proven experience leading engineering coordination, project execution, bid support, and procurement interfaces.
• Experience in project-based engineering organizations is preferred.
