Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCOE) is seeking to hire a Team Lead/Associate Manager for the GCOE Business Enablement vertical. The Team Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding a dynamic team of creative and technical professionals, including graphic designers, content writers, project coordinators, and web developers.

This position requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to ensure the team delivers high-quality outputs aligned with organizational goals.

The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the team's day-to-day activities, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation across creative and technical projects. They will act as the primary point of contact between the team and senior management, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with broader organizational objectives.

This role demands a proactive leader who can balance creativity with technical precision, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and inspire the team to achieve excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of creative processes, project management methodologies, and technical workflows, along with the ability to nurture talent and build a cohesive team environment.

Major Action and Support Actions:-

• Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Consulting and Guiding the Team: Provide project insights and strategic guidance to the team, especially in consulting projects. Help the team align their efforts with project goals and client expectations.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies. Measure performance against KPIs and milestones. Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to align on project goals and expectations. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Manage stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into project execution.
• Strategic Brand Alignment: Ensure all creative outputs align with the company’s brand guidelines, vision, and messaging. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable creative strategies
• Creative Direction and Feedback: Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. Review and approve designs, videos, and other creative assets to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
• Content Creation and Campaign Support: Oversee the creation of high-quality visual and video content for campaigns, social media, and other platforms. Ensure the team delivers engaging assets that resonate with the target audience.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for all creative outputs, ensuring they are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with the brand identity. Conduct regular reviews of the team’s work to ensure consistency and quality.
• Tool and Technology Utilization: Use project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to streamline workflows. Train team members on tools and processes as needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in project workflows and recommend improvements. Implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage a team of designers and video creators, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Assign tasks based on team members’ strengths and expertise to maximize efficiency and creativity. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to encourage fresh ideas and creative solutions.
• Support in Decision-Making: Provide data-driven insights to assist leadership in making informed decisions. Offer recommendations based on project analysis and trends.
