Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCOE) is seeking to hire a Team Lead/Associate Manager for the GCOE Business Enablement vertical. The Team Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding a dynamic team of creative and technical professionals, including graphic designers, content writers, project coordinators, and web developers.
This position requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to ensure the team delivers high-quality outputs aligned with organizational goals.
The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the team's day-to-day activities, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation across creative and technical projects. They will act as the primary point of contact between the team and senior management, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with broader organizational objectives.
This role demands a proactive leader who can balance creativity with technical precision, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and inspire the team to achieve excellence.
