We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Manager / Sr. Manager to strengthen financial reporting, business intelligence, and management decision-making processes.

Job Summary

The MIS Manager / Sr. Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Management Information Systems (MIS), financial dashboards, and business performance reports. The role requires strong expertise in data analysis, management reporting, financial MIS, and SAP HANA-based reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial and operational dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Generate profitability, variance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts, Operations, and Business teams to gather and validate data.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and systems.
• Monitor key business KPIs and prepare executive-level presentations.
• Support management in strategic planning through data-driven analysis.
• Maintain and optimize reporting structures within SAP HANA.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in MIS Reporting, Business Analytics, and Financial Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA (Preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, and Data Analysis.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial statements.
• Experience in dashboard creation and management reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and generate meaningful business insights.
