Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers for sourcing, selection, offers, and joining.

Coordinate with internal teams and external recruitment agencies to fulfill hiring requirements.

Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies and build a strong talent pipeline.

Ensure timely documentation and salary fitment as per company guidelines.
