 Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales (Insurance / Agency Channel preferred)

 Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

 Role & Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents to drive business growth.
• Guide advisors in prospecting, pitching, and closing life/health insurance sales.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective team management.
• Conduct regular training programs, team meetings, and joint field calls with advisors.
• Support advisors in business planning and performance improvement.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and IRDAI regulations.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

 Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales and people management skills
• Prior experience in insurance or agency recruitment preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and mentor a team of advisors
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Minimum 1 year of stability in the last company
• CIBIL score of 650 or above
