Identify and acquire new customers for health insurance products.
Work on company-generated leads and convert them into business.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure renewals and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct need-based customer interactions and provide suitable product solutions.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to compliance guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Knowledge of the local market is an added advantage.
Prior experience in health insurance sales is a plus.
