Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of insurance advisors or agency partners.
Drive business through advisor/channel partner network.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Develop strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for the team.
Analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in insurance (Agency Channel preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and networking skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
