Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents
• Drive sales of health insurance products through the team
• Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Provide guidance, motivation, and support to team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (any industry)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of insurance/financial products is an added advantage
• Graduation preferred
