Unique features: • The world’s largest Microsoft Dynamics implementor; • Half a century of innovations and building a worldwide network of alliances, located on 3 continents; • A highly skilled team of experienced professionals that follows the company’s core principle for growth based on unique solutions and reliable technologies.6 Key responsibilities: • Be the customer’s primary point of contact for product-related issues and build and maintain a relationship with the customer over email or phone/conference calls. • Resolve customer questions and inquiries by identifying problems, researching answers, collaborating with vendors/other team members and delivering solutions to problems or creating appropriate workarounds. • Provide end-to-end complex application support for issues logged in the ticketing system. • Analyse customer requirements and design software solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain. • Perform FIT/GAP analysis and creation of business process models. • Advise customer on solution capabilities during project implementation and help minimise gaps between standard product and customer's business processes with creative configuration. • Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents and functional specification for additional required customisations. • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations/ Dynamics AX Trade and Logistics, Inventory, Supply Chain modules • Prepare User Manuals and deliver Training, to assist in acceptance tests, and go-live support. Qualifications: • Fluency in English, a secondary language such as German is highly advantageous. • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (previously known as AX), experience of D365 Retail (including POS) highly advantageous. • Demonstrable knowledge of Supply Chain Management or a relevant University Degree. • Demonstrable experience working in a client-facing role. • Strong working knowledge of business & customer application support processes. • A logical approach to problem solving. • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
