We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and execution of our Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP) products.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, threat research, go-to-market, sales, and service teams to deliver market-leading solutions. You will be instrumental in defining the vision, building the roadmap, and ensuring successful delivery of our endpoint security offerings.
Define and execute product roadmaps for EDR/EPP
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks
Translate customer requirements and usage insights into product features and priorities
Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and threat research teams to shape product development
Own backlog prioritization and ensure high-quality product delivery from beta to GA
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on telemetry and customer feedback
Represent Cybereason at industry conferences, customer events, and analyst briefings
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity or related technology fields
5+ years of experience in multinational and diverse cultural environments
3+ years of hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions (EDR, EPP, NGAV)
Proven track record of launching successful B2B security products
Experience working with enterprise customers and their security operations
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of Windows kernel drivers, hooking, and system call interception
Strong understanding of endpoint performance optimization and resource impact
Knowledge of malware analysis, behavioral detection, and machine learning in security
Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
Understanding of Windows endpoint architectures (user-space and kernel-space)
Experience with cloud security and hybrid environments
Business & Communication Skills:
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience presenting to C-level executives and technical audiences
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment
Strong English proficiency (business level or above, including C-level presentations)
Native-level Japanese language skills (documentation, customer engagement, internal communication)
MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or related field
Previous experience at a cybersecurity vendor or security-focused organization
Hands-on experience with Windows kernel development or driver debugging
Understanding of XDR market trends
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific certifications
Tokyo, Japan (hybrid/remote possible with at least one weekly office presence
