We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Product Sales Specialist to join our client, a leading global provider of innovative medical and healthcare solutions, committed to advancing the quality of patient care through cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell medical/surgical equipment and related solutions in the assigned territory.
- Track industry competitors to help shape effective sales tactics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
- Identifying business opportunities during in-person or virtual events such as trade shows, industry conferences, seminars, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence in CRM tools.
- Possesses a solid understanding of the product’s core features and clinical advantages to effectively conduct product briefings and provide post-purchase training to clients.
- Coordinates and assists with product trials and demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience in medical or surgical equipment (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
