Conduct scheduled and impromptu audits based on ISO requirements, ESD and EHS which is applicable to your job responsibilities.

Coordinate and lead Customer audits and qualifications.

Coordinate and lead ISO Certification and Product Safety audits.

Responsible to publish and respond to Audit reports in a timely manner.

Manage supplier quality and material disposition.

Lead Corrective Action Requests as needed based on customer complaints.

Ensure Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are implemented per the provided CAR.

Initiate and lead Quality KPI and champion continuous improvement activities.

Update Customer KPI on a timely basis and provide actions for those not meeting targets.

Lead process risk management & product/process validation activities (if applicable).
-
Ensure Engineering Change (EC) implementation and closure per time required.
-
Ensure Customer requirements are met and carried out correctly.
