Additional Information:

• Hours: 4-6 hours per visit
• Frequency: 3 visits per month
• Services: The provider will provide full-services to pre-approved and accompanied inmates.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Valid optometry license
• Strong desire to make a positive impact on underserved populations
