We are seeking a full-time Optometrist for a comprehensive medical and surgical Ophthalmology practice seeing patients in Prescott, Arizona. The medical practice has been serving its patients and surrounding cities for more than 40 years.

Description: Associate Optometrist in Arizona

• Possess a Doctor of Optometry degree
• A current active license issued by the State Board of Optometry in Arizona
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Practice full scope Optometry

The following are some of the responsibilities of the Optometrist:

• Patient examinations within the scope of licensure.
• Timely interpretation of diagnostic tests ordered with appropriate patient notification.
• Co-management of the medical/surgical patient, according to state law and the by-laws of the practice.
• Emergency patient examinations.
• Complete Eye Care
• Contact Lens & Eyeglass
• Provide contact lens examinations and fittings.
• Eye Health Exams
• Adult & Pediatric Vision Care
