Doctor of Optometry (OD)

We are seeking an Optometrist in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The practice has been around for more than 20 years providing primary and secondary eye care offerings as a combination in the both worlds of Optometry and Ophthalmology. Responsibilities include medical optometry, routine vision exams, practicing full-scope optometry, and contact lenses are essential to providing the best experience.

Job details:

• Possess a Doctor of Optometry degree
• A current active license issued by the State Board of Optometry in Indiana
