Doctor of Optometry (OD) - Full-time / No Weekends - Charleston, SC

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Doctor of Optometry to join a growing, modern private practice inside in Charleston, South Carolina. This is a clinical-only role, no retail sales or pressure to sell glasses, so you can focus entirely on delivering high-quality vision care.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $150,000/year
• Bonus Potential: Earn more through production-based incentives

What We’re Looking For:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution
• Active South Carolina optometry license (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Self-motivated and independent, no micromanagement here
• Comfortable seeing ~15 patients/day, scheduled at 3/hour
