Job Title: Clinical Flow Coordinator (CFC)
General summary of duties: Oversees daily flow of the clinic. Coordinates operations and activities of clinical support staff. Responsible for training and developing teams ensuring high standards of quality patient care.
Reports to: Clinical Operations Manager
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Oversees the day-to-day operations, coordinating staffing, job tasks and assignments of team members to ensure that all clinical staff is functioning at an optimal level of efficiency and flow at all times.
• Performs clinical duties to ensure efficient flow including floating between positions to cover laps.
• Responsible for training and developing staff for physician teams.
• Monitors performance and takes appropriate action to ensure consistent quality, addressing and documenting issues and concerns promptly.
• Serves as the point person for clinical questions or concerns
• Ensures all clinical responsibilities have been completed in a timely manner, including but not limited to: triage calls, refill requests, prior authorizations, etc.
• Holds brief daily meetings with team to ensure clear direction of daily plans.
• Monitors maintenance of facilities and equipment and coordinates repairs and service as needed.
• Serves as first point of contact for interviewing potential staffing.
• Reviews time and attendance of clinical staff ensuring attendance policy is consistently enforced.
• Performs annual reviews on all patient care staff, making recommendations on merit increases, promotions and disciplinary action
• All other duties as assigned

Compensation is based on experience - $28 per hour plus
