Ambulatory Surgery Center Executive Director
Multi-Specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs is searching for an Executive Director to oversee its strategic, fiscal, and clinical operations. The facility is an AAAHC accredited facility with three operating rooms plus one procedure room, primarily performing the following surgeries; Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, GI, Ob-Gyn, ENT, and more. Ideal candidates will have the ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple strategic priorities simultaneously and work effectively as a team member to execute long-term strategies and implement defined initiatives.
Master's degree in business, nursing, or in healthcare related field preferred. At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience ideally in both clinical and business venues and ambulatory surgery center environment.
