Experience Requirement: Would like to see fellowship training in Glaucoma but not necessary. Would hire resident with great surgical skills

Practice Management: Practice Administrator is part of the Management Team and oversees the Management Team. The Management Team is in charge of their specific department. Financial Manager is in charge of billing team, Clinic Director is in charge of front office (techs and receptionist), and Director of Surgery is in charge or our ASC
Current patient volume: 22,000 per year
Estimated Surg Volume for this role: 800-1,000 cataracts, and around 200-500 glaucoma, LASIK/Refrative and misc procedures
Hospital Call: Would be on call at the local hospital 8 days out of the month
MDs on Staff: 3
ODs on Staff: 2

OD Network: Large OD network
OD – patient per day expectation: 5-7 per day
Refractive Surgery – Lasik, PRK, Clear Lens Exchange, Toric and Presbyopic IOLs
Laser - O.R.: Utilize the Centurion Phaco and LenX FEMTO and VISX Star 4 excimer with Intralase
