Tasks / Responsibilities > for illustrative purposes and not exhaustive: Technology Market Mapping; Identify potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships; Develop a structured pipeline of opportunities; Perform high-level commercial and strategic evaluation of potential targets; Assess scalability, market positioning and growth potential; Contribute to valuation analysis and transaction structuring; Work closely with leadership, financial advisors, legal advisors and other stakeholders involved in the transaction process; Support discussions with potential partners or acquisition targets

Requisites > 8–15 years’ experience M&A advisory, Corporate development or Management Consulting in Corporate Finance; Proven experience in technology sector transactions; Experience in cross-border transactions is highly desirable; Strong M&A and deal structuring capabilities; Financial analysis and valuation skills; Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Saudi national or around KSA (local professional highly desirable)
