Context > For a prestigious long-term initiative in the GCC region, we are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the development of large-scale industrial and logistics ecosystems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role throughout the development lifecycle, coordinating complex workstreams and engaging with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of world-class industrial platforms

Tasks/Responsibilities > 1) Lead the development of large-scale industrial and logistics ecosystems from concept through execution. 2) Oversee master development activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and long-term economic development plans. 3) Drive investor attraction initiatives and collaborate with public and private stakeholders to secure strategic investments. 4) Coordinate the planning and delivery of critical infrastructure required to support industrial and logistics developments. 5) Manage multidisciplinary teams and external partners across planning, engineering, commercial, and operational workstreams. 6) Ensure effective governance, risk management, and program execution throughout all project phases. 7) Support the transition from development into operational readiness where required.

Requisites > 1) 20–30+ years of experience delivering large, complex industrial or infrastructure programs; 2) Previously held executive roles such as Program Director, CEO or COO of an industrial development, Executive Director of Capital Projects, Delivery Director for a mega project, Managing Director of an industrial park or special economic zone 3) Experience leading programs valued in the billions of dollars, involving multiple stakeholders and contractors 4) Strong engineering or technical foundation, complemented by commercial and operational leadership experience. Ideally, they have delivered one or more of the following: Industrial cities, Economic zones, Manufacturing clusters, Ports and logistics hubs, Utilities and energy infrastructure, Airport or rail developments, Large mixed-use industrial developments, Smart cities with significant industrial components
