Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Web Designer to create visually stunning and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and objectives. The ideal candidate will combine creative flair with technical expertise and possess a strong understanding of the latest web design trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create visually engaging, user-friendly websites that align with client objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into effective digital designs.
Maintain and update websites, ensuring design consistency and brand alignment.
Manage multiple web design projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Stay up to date with web design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
Certification in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Web Designer, preferably in a marketing/advertising or similar environment.
Proven experience showcasing a strong portfolio of previous web design projects.
Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation is a plus.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with motion graphics and animation using tools like After Effects.
Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Basic knowledge of server-side languages like PHP, Ruby, or Python is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits:
Net Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 per month
