Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings. -Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed. -Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses. -Assist in personal tasks and errands, ensuring a balance between work and personal commitments.
Qualifications: -Excellent organizational and time management skills. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: -BSc Certification
