About the Role You will act as a strategic generalist supporting the Founder across multiple functions, leading key projects that span business development, operations, product, marketing, customer experience, and partnerships. You’ll help design internal systems, identify growth opportunities, optimise processes, and execute our strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities 1. Support the Founder with day-to-day business operations while independently managing high-priority projects. 2. Lead initiatives across business development, operations, product, marketing, partnerships, and internal process optimisation. 3. Design, refine, and improve internal operational structures and workflows. 4. Assist in shaping the organisational structure, identifying capability gaps, and supporting strategic hiring. 5. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems, enhance processes, and manage projects across client onboarding, customer care, logistics, and accounts. 6. Conduct market, competitor, and business model analysis to identify strategic opportunities including store expansion, private-label growth, and potential acquisitions. 7. Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships that drive business growth. 8Use research and data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. 9. Work with the Founder to define and execute detailed steps on the company’s strategic growth roadmap. 10. Lead and manage mission-critical projects to drive scale, improve efficiency, and support operational excellence.
