Job Description: Business Development Executive (Fully Onsite) Location: Delta State, Nigeria Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities 1. Identify, research, and generate new business leads through cold calling, outbound calls, emails, and networking. 2. Qualify potential customers and assess their business needs to determine a suitable product/service fit. 3. Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to conversion and closing deals. 4. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow up consistently to drive conversions. 5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to increase retention and referrals. 6. Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations as required. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools. 8. Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations team to optimize lead quality and improve conversion rates. 9. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 10. Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy and planning.
