About the Role
An artistic design academy is seeking an Operations Manager with experience in academic or educational administration to oversee academy programs, student processes, and operational structure.
Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day academy operations, schedules, and program coordination • Oversee admissions, enrollment, student onboarding, and communication • Develop and maintain academic calendars, class schedules, and resource planning • Coordinate facilitators, certification processes, and course delivery logistics • Maintain student records, attendance, evaluations, and reporting • Implement operational SOPs and compliance standards • Support academy events, workshops, and masterclasses • Ensure a professional, structured learning environment
Requirements • 2-4 years of experience in academic administration, training programs, or education management • Background as an academic is an added advantage • Strong administrative, planning, and documentation skills • Excellent written and communication abilities • Highly organised, disciplined, and process-driven
