About the Role A luxury wearable floral fashion brand is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a background in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail to oversee daily operations, production workflows, fulfillment, and overall brand execution.
Key Responsibilities • Oversee end-to-end production operations (design to delivery), ensuring quality control and timely output • Manage artisans, suppliers, tailors, and inventory for both custom and ready-to-wear pieces • Develop and implement operational systems, SOPs, and process improvement strategies • Coordinate order processing, packaging, and dispatch to ensure a seamless customer experience • Support planning and execution of launch events, fittings, exhibitions, and new collection rollouts • Maintain production schedules and monitor material/resource utilization • Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld across all customer touchpoints • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on planning and execution
Requirements • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in fashion operations, production management, or luxury retail • Strong understanding of garment production, sizing, timelines, and quality control • Demonstrated experience managing artisans, suppliers, and production workflows • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, creative, and dynamic environment
