Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven female Sales Manager to oversee daily store sales operations, manage sales staff, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring excellent customer service within the store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise daily store sales activities * Set and monitor sales targets and ensure they are met * Train, motivate, and supervise sales staff * Maintain proper stock movement and sales records * Handle customer issues and ensure high satisfaction
Requirements: * 2 - 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills * Good organizational and reporting skills.
