Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and commercially minded Lawyer to join our team as Business Development & Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience in Real Estate or Corporate Law and will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and supporting the company’s sales and partnership initiatives within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders Provide legal insights and support related to real estate transactions and corporate matters Lead negotiations and support contract preparation and review Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and business engagements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions
Requirements LL.B degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) Minimum of 1 year post-NYSC experience Experience in Real Estate Law or Corporate Law is required Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Candidates with demonstrable experience or exposure to the real estate industry will have an added advantage.
