Job Overview:
We are looking for a focused Customer Service Representative who will effectively manage and respond to all customer inquiries via chats and calls where necessary. This role involves handling booking queries and aim to achieve o positive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Excellent verbal communication skills to share information.
Handle emergency situations such as travel disruptions by providing timely assistance and solution.
Requirements:
High school Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in Customer Service.
REMUNERATION
Salary between NGN90,000 – 120,000
