Hiring: Service Executive

Location: Shivane, Pune Experience: 0–2 Years Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in Electrical or Electronics Preferred: Basic knowledge of Solar Systems Salary:
 Fresher: ₹12,000–₹14,000 (In-hand)
 Experienced: CTC as per experience and suitability
Job Responsibilities
 Provide online technical support through portals/software.
 Troubleshoot basic issues related to solar pumps, controllers, and related systems.
 Coordinate with service centres, warehouse, site engineers, and internal teams.
 Follow up on pending repairs, materials, and service complaints.
 Maintain daily service reports, complaint records, and documentation.
 Communicate with customers and farmers and provide basic system guidance.
 Escalate complex technical issues to the senior technical team.
Key Skills
 Basic knowledge of solar pump systems.
 Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 Good communication and coordination.
 Time management and follow-up skills.
 Basic reporting and documentation skills.
Other Requirements
 Willingness to travel for site work when required.
 Ability to handle urgent breakdowns and work under pressure.
 Willingness to learn and grow in the solar service field.
