Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in SPM installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The candidate should have mechanical, electrical, and basic PLC/automation knowledge and be willing to travel across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, alignment, leveling, and commissioning of SPMs and component cleaning machines.

• Mechanical assembly, machine wiring, panel connections, and utility connections.

• Machine startup, testing, trials, sensor calibration, pump/heater/conveyor setup.

• Troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, motors, heaters, pumps, and control panels.

• Troubleshooting of mechanical components including pumps, piping, filters, conveyors, and reciprocating systems.

• Read and understand GA, mechanical, and electrical drawings.

• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and attend customer breakdowns.

• Prepare basic service, installation, and commissioning reports.

• Train customers on machine operation, safety, and basic troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with internal teams for technical problem resolution.

• Travel to customer locations across India for installation, service, commissioning, and training.

Required Skills

• Good practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Basic PLC/HMI and VFD troubleshooting knowledge; Mitsubishi/Siemens preferred.

• Knowledge of sensors, motors, heaters, pumps, control panels, and machine wiring.

• Ability to use a multimeter and basic tools.

• Ability to read mechanical/GA and electrical drawings.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
