Duties & Responsibilities- Execute painting and waterproofing applications at assigned project sites as per quality standards and timelines. Coordinate with Project Sales Officers, Technologists, painters, applicators, and site stakeholders for seamless project execution. Attend site-related complaints and ensure timely resolution. Ensure accurate paint shade matching based on customer requirements. Provide technical support, product demonstrations, sampling, and on-site services. Prepare Daily Visit Reports (DVRs) and other required reports. Coordinate with painters and applicators for product sampling and application activities. Build strong relationships with builders, dealers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Key Skill- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused approach Basic knowledge of MS Office Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Education – Diploma in civil and BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Relevant Experience - Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales/Marketing (Freshers with a strong interest in Field Sales may also be considered)
Salary up to 26k In-hand(PF/ESIC+Incentive+Petrol Allowances)
