Transcreation Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a pioneering and innovative Transcreation Account Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will inspire our clients and agency partners to create the marketing campaigns of tomorrow and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage translation projects briefed by the Account Management team or directly by the client.
• Receive and assess briefs, addressing queries, costs, and timelines.
• Brief external freelance talent and assist throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage client translation approvals, including receiving and implementing amendments.
• Maintain Translation Memories by updating them to capture client feedback/preferences and ensure consistency on a project-by-project basis.
• Deliver approved assets to clients or the Account Management team.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders and internal departments.
• Coordinate between Account/Transcreation Management and the client.
• Respond to information requests from the Senior Transcreation Account Manager or Transcreation Team Lead.
• Handle all aspects of translation work related to campaigns, from planning through to delivery.
• Highlight and escalate quality control issues as necessary.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates against the Rate Card for approval by the Senior Transcreation Account Manager or Transcreation Team Lead.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in a Translation, Transcreation, or Localisation role.
• Proficiency in using CAT Tools.
• High level of IT literacy, including the use of spreadsheets.
• Strong prioritisation, time management, and attention to detail.
• Resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in both oral and written English; proficiency in at least one additional language is warmly recommended.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, customer-focused, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Clear understanding of international brand challenges.
• Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders is desirable.
• Some experience supporting print, digital, or video production projects.
• Strong numeracy skills.
