Spanish Content Moderator for Social Media

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Spanish-speaking Content Moderators to join our team. You will play a key role in reviewing and categorizing social media content, ensuring adherence to client guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines.
• Ensure that all user-uploaded information follows client policies.
• Make balanced decisions to effectively advocate for the community.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
• Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a positive and proactive approach, continuously seeking process improvements.
• Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Exceptional communication and soft skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, internet applications, and MS Office.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Attention to detail and the ability to separate personal beliefs from moderated content and policies.
• A positive and adventurous attitude.
• Willingness to learn and absorb knowledge and experience.
• Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support is an advantage.
