Role Overview: As a Payment Support Specialist, you will represent a global online payment brand, serving as the primary contact for customers from Denmark. Your responsibilities will involve handling inbound phone calls and emails, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction and first-time resolution.
