Finnish Speaking Account Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity in Ireland for a fluent Finnish speaker to join our international sales team. You will represent a company specializing in promotional products, serving as the first point of contact for the Finnish business market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing clients via phone and email, handling both inbound and outbound communications.
• Recommend products, inform clients of promotional offers, create and revise quotes, and process orders.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling as part of daily tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience is desired but not essential; extensive paid training provided.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and positive personality.
• Open to coaching, persistent, and a good team player.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
