JD: HR Executive

Opening for HR Executive 

Job Profile-

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, Provide administrative support to Head Office – HR Team

• Principal coordination- Approver and HR heads  

• Onboarding coordination : Document collection & follow up (if any)

• Maintain various record, reports & Trackers

• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing Attendance records (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)

Skills & Attributes

• Good communication skills.

• Good command over English, Gujarati and Hindi.

Computer Proficiency: Should be Conversant with Advanced Excel Functions.

Location:   Shantigram/ Mundra (Gujarat)

 Work Experience: 2 - 4 years

Good Communication- English, Hindi & Gujarati.  

 Qualification: Any Bachelor Degree Management degree in HR, MSW or Law Graduate.

Salary Range: 20,000/- to 30,000/- CTC per month.
