Role of the Position
|
The Site Manager will oversee and manage all site operations of Loading and transporting Bulk Raw materials, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include HR coordination, liaising with local stakeholders, managing compliance, and reporting to the management at the Head Office. The role also requires expertise in transport business, maintenance, and heavy equipment operations.

Ensure site operations are executed efficiently and within compliance, with optimal utilisation of resources and alignment with business requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
|
Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, vendors, and community representatives.
Ensure adherence to local regulations and resolve site-specific challenges.
Oversee daily activities, including heavy equipment usage and transport operations.
Ensure proper maintenance schedules are adhered to for all machinery and vehicles.
Submit regular updates & reports to the Head Office.
Provide suggestions, insights and recommendations for improvements.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with HR for HR related operations and Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws

Support in planning and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requisite skill & attributes
|
Functional :
Knowledge of heavy equipment, machinery, and maintenance.
Understanding of transport business and logistics operations.

Good health to manage travel requirements.
