About the Role

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating complex business workflows, building automation solutions, and driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to define comprehensive testing strategies.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Perform manual testing of complex workflows and business-critical functionalities.
• Validate user journeys, role-based access controls, approval processes, notifications, and workflow-driven applications.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and hidden defects.
• Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
• Automate regression suites and critical business workflows to improve release confidence.
• Validate APIs, integrations, and backend services through automated and manual testing.
• Perform database validation and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Test integrations with external platforms, third-party services, and APIs.
• Participate in performance validation and assist with identifying application bottlenecks.
• Log, track, and manage defects while working closely with development teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and modern testing practices to improve productivity and testing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Experience testing enterprise applications, SaaS products, or workflow-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and quality processes.
• Experience in end-to-end workflow validation and business process testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong understanding of workflow validation, exploratory testing, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with API authentication, JSON/XML validation, and integration testing.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
