Our client is amongst one of the world most influential IT enterprises. They are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join them as Presales Manager. This role is based in Shanghai.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.
- Work in sync with the product engineering team to develop sustainable and commercially viable products.
- Understand customer needs and make sales presentations.
- Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
- Build lasting relationships with customers.
- Conduct research on complex cases, validate cases for escalation and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields At least 5 years of professional IT experience
- Experience in or exposure to a client facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in basic management of enterprise Microsoft 365 platform applications
- Understanding of complementary technologies such as Azure Active Directory Connect and PowerShell
