Customer Success Manager

 What You’ll Do:

• Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary technical and business lead for key accounts.
• Consult & Train: Integrate AI into customer workflows to maximize engagement.
• Drive Growth: Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Advocate: Bridge the gap between customers and our Product/Marketing teams.
• Prove ROI: Use data to demonstrate our platform’s direct impact on performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in SaaS customer success/facing roles (Required).
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English.
• Mindset: High ownership, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Education: BA/BS degree.
• Bonus: SQL, HubSpot, or BI tools (Tableau).
